Each creation combines carefully selected chocolate, primarily roasted in Quebec (Bassan), with ingredients gathered or produced in Quebec—freeze-dried blueberries, wildflowers, dried apples, maple syrup, and Saint Laurent salt flakes. The result is a collection of understated yet evocative flavors that subtly reveal the region's rich aromas.
