Ideal for the savasana yoga posture, the eye rest helps you relax and stay focused on your breathing. Its sweet lavender scent increases its calming and soothing effect. Although it is generally used at room temperature, the eye rest can also be used hot (prevents dry eyes, clears sinuses) or cold (relieves migraines and puffy eyes). The cover makes it easy to clean.

For relaxation and meditation, use at room temperature .
There COLD therapy reduces inflammation, bruising, soothes pain and relieves migraines.
Store the mask in an airtight plastic bag in the freezer so it is ready to use cold.
There HOT therapy relieves dry eyes, helps clear the airways during sinusitis and helps with relaxation.
Microwave: Place the mask on a paper towel in a microwave oven. Heat the mask for approximately 20 to 30 seconds depending on the intensity of the oven.
Or
Conventional oven: Preheat your oven to 175°F and place the mask on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Heat the mask for maximum 10 minutes. Do not use in a gas oven.
ATTENTION! Be careful to avoid burning yourself. Move the seeds in the cushion to distribute the heat. Always check the temperature of the mask by placing it on the inside of your wrist. If you want to reheat the mask while it is still warm, the heating time will be shorter. Never leave a child under 3 years old unsupervised with a mask. Do not leave the hot mask on the eyes for more than 5 consecutive minutes.
Interview :
The mask is not washable in water. It must be protected from dust and placed on a clean surface. You can rub the surface with a damp cloth if a stain occurs. Avoid using the mask on a face with makeup or after applying moisturizer.
