HOT therapy relieves dry eyes, helps clear airways during sinusitis, and aids in relaxation.
Microwave: Place the mask on a paper towel in a microwave oven. Heat the mask for approximately 20 to 30 seconds depending on the oven's intensity.

Conventional Oven: Preheat your oven to 175°F and place the mask on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Heat the mask for a maximum of 10 minutes. Do not use in a gas oven.
CAUTION! Be careful to avoid burning yourself. Move the seeds around in the cushion to distribute the heat. Always check the temperature of the mask by placing it on the inside of your wrist. If you wish to reheat the mask while it is still warm, the heating time will be shorter. Never leave a child under 3 years old unattended with a mask. Do not leave the hot mask on the eyes for more than 5 minutes at a time.
Mask maintenance:
The mask is not washable in water. Protect it from dust and place it on a clean surface. You can wipe the surface with a damp cloth if a stain occurs. Avoid using the mask on a face with makeup or after applying moisturizer.
