La Lichée is above all the project of three young entrepreneurs from Quebec wishing to revive the love of caramel among Quebecers. The mission they gave themselves? Bringing a breath of fresh air to today's market using their best assets: a grandmother's recipe for Îles-de-la-Madeleine , a strong visual identity, an innovative vision as well as great determination. So they put all these pieces together and created what La Lichée is today; a young local business which produces a caramel good enough to make you dream and which supports entrepreneurial projects, eco-responsibility, design and innovation.

La Lichée is also a project between three guys who evolved in completely different spheres, but who all had the sweet tooth and shared interests in coffee art, design and gastronomy .
