It was during an experiential visit to Monna Cassis et Filles on Île d'Orléans, and thanks to our valuable partnership with the popular Ferme Genest in Saint-Nicolas, that we came up with the idea of creating a collaboration that would showcase our three distinct businesses: A Caramel, Apples and Blackcurrants.
How to use the brand new Apple and Blackcurrant caramel ?
- Deliciously good to spread on your toast at breakfast, as a sauce on your yogurt, on your fine cheeses, terrines or liver pâtés.
- Pour as a coulis over a fruit tart or over a white cake or a cheesecake.
- Cook a dark chocolate tartlet and add a dose of apple and blackcurrant caramel.
- Replace the sugar or honey with an equivalent amount of caramel in your muffin recipes.
- Add a spoonful of apple and blackcurrant caramel to your salad dressings to add a touch of freshness to your summer salads.
