To prepare hot chocolate, you pour about one and a half tablespoons of SÜK hot chocolate mix into a cup (250ml) of hot milk. You then mix using a small whisk (it's easier than with a spoon!) You can use 2% milk, or 3.25% for a richer mixture. You can also use a plant-based milk (almonds, oats, rice, soy). However, it is not recommended to do it with water... Each 200g packet of SÜK hot chocolate will allow you to make between 13 and 17 hot chocolates, depending on your tastes.
