The Coffrets Prestige gift box is the perfect original gift, providing a turnkey solution to ensure you give the gift of pleasure. With a selection of over 1,000 carefully chosen activities throughout the province of Quebec, Coffrets Prestige gift boxes are suitable for all tastes and budgets.
The recipient can choose their preferred activity from all those offered in their gift box. They then simply need to contact the partner directly to book their chosen activity. A complete list of partners and their contact information is available and regularly updated on our website coffretsprestige.com.
Simply register your gift card included in the gift box on coffretsprestige.com, under "I have a Coffrets Prestige".
On the day of the activity, give the partner the gift card found in the box, which will serve as a means of payment.
In case of loss or theft, the gift card can only be replaced if it has been registered beforehand. Registering on our website coffretsprestige.com allows you to obtain insurance against loss and theft.
To register your gift card, go to coffretsprestige.com, section " I have a Coffrets Prestige ".
Create an account or log in and enter the 21 digits visible on the back of your gift card.
Click on "Activate my gift card"
- We strongly recommend registering your gift card on our website: " I have a Prestige Gift Box ". This allows us to have an electronic record in case your gift card is lost or stolen.
- Choose a package from those offered on our website coffretsprestige.com .
- To book your package, simply contact the company you've chosen by phone or email before going there. Their contact information is on the package's webpage. Make sure you have your gift card ready. They will ask for the 21 digits on the back to complete the booking.
- On the day of your activity, present your gift card or e-gift box upon arrival. Enjoy!
You do not need to activate your Prestige Boxes. However, it is strongly recommended that you register your Prestige Boxes to your account by clicking on I have a Prestige Box .

If you have one of these four gift boxes (Romantic Getaways, Hotels & Inns, Two-Night Escape, or Dreams & Wellness), you now have access to instant hotel booking. To access this new service, please register your gift card first, then click on the "instant booking" window.
We respect the booking and cancellation policies of each of our partner companies. Some may require payment for the activity (in cash or with a gift card) if you do not notify them in a timely manner of a change, delay, or cancellation. It is advisable to notify the company as soon as possible and to consult their policies on their website.
Received a gift box but the theme isn't quite right? Don't worry! All our Prestige Gift Boxes are exchangeable at any time, free of charge. You can exchange your box for another of equal or greater value. If you choose a box of lesser value, you'll receive a voucher for a future online purchase through our website. To make an exchange, please complete the form .

If you registered your gift card on the coffretsprestige.com website, contact them. They will then be able to identify you, cancel your old gift card, and send you a new one.
Prestige Gift Boxes have no expiration date and are always valid. We do not apply the $2.50 monthly inactivity fee. Please note that partner companies may vary throughout the year. Therefore, we recommend checking our website for the most up-to-date selection of destinations and packages. (Packages may change over time; always refer to the website, which is updated regularly.)
