Cocoa infusion... what is that? It is a tonic infusion made from roasted cocoa bean hulls. It’s a unique beverage that sits somewhere between dark chocolate and tea. A gently euphoric drink, packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, what do you think?

The pure infusion contains only organic cocoa hulls and nibs. Be creative and add honey, maple syrup, milk or spices.

Preparation method

Preparing cocoa herbal tea is really not rocket science. Just do as with any other tea or infusion. Pour a cup of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of herbal tea and let it steep for about 5 minutes. It is best to use a tea ball or infuser to filter the herbal tea.

Using the pure version and a little imagination, it is possible to create any sort of flavor combination. Add literally anything you want: dried fruits, spices, cinnamon, hibiscus flowers... You can also add a touch of sugar, honey or maple syrup. Which is our favorite? Chai herbal tea with a drop of maple syrup and a splash of oat milk.
