Chocolate chip cookie mix

Cookies like you find in small neighborhood cafes; soft and generous with chocolate chips. So simple to make, almost impossible to miss. And if I were you, I would stock up on this mixture for your ski days throughout the rest of the winter.

Makes about 12 cookies.

You will need to add:

• ½ cup unsalted butter

• 1 egg at room temperature
